These four landmark office buildings with unique building forms redefine the skyline of Beijing. Developed for Anbang Insurance’s bid for the Beijing CBD Core competition, the towers range from 200 to 360 metres in height and comprise 580,000 square metres of Grade A office space.
Substantial reductions in energy and water consumption facilitate these buildings to achieve LEED platinum – the highest standard in sustainable design.

The buildings’ intelligent connections create a strong visual image – yet also offer a functional find. The sky bridges provide shared amenities – retail, cafes and restaurants, meeting space and sports facilities are set in spectacular column free spaces in the sky. The highest bridges contain a large park and trading floors with dramatic views of Beijing.
The building apex takes the form of a diamond. Inside, a series of terraced floors open up and create hanging gardens which surround the offices and meeting rooms for key personnel. A vast naturally ventilated garden space connects to corporate entertainment and presentation spaces to provide a stunning backdrop for business events. Hovering high within this space the boardroom floats as if lighter than air.
