The Hague city council has issued the building permit for conversion of the mews houses in the city centre. With this permit conversion of the building from workshops and garage to housing is formalised.
The permit has been issued based on our schematic design drawings. On these drawings we have defined the final floor plans and facade design. We have also worked out technical details, material use and architectural finishes. Based on this information we will be able to work out construction costs in detail.
